Vaisravana's Awakened Seal

Skill: Grants +7 Water element value. 'Soul-Bound Vaisravana' casts 'Mana Transfer' every 3rd basic attack, spending 10% of its own MP to restore 20% of Vaisravana's MP; it also leaves a rune on struck targets that redistributes part of the damage they take to other targets inside it when the rune expires.
